ps3 will have online play... but it is going tyo be like for the ps2 (at least at first)... i do have a 360, and if you can wait, (unlike me) then wait for the second gen 360's cause they do have a few small glitches... i.e. my disk drive is really loud and i am forced to turn the volume up even louder... *smirk*
from what i understand, the ps3 is going to be alot like the first x-box, but better graphics... the 360 gets a big jump with triple processors, but runs kinda hot and may actually burn up faster because of this.(although it does have 2 case fans)
like anything else though, you must make up your own mind as far as the people you play with most often, and how often you play......
